Personal and Family Nutrition
Nutrition and health information are critical to the well-being of each individual and family.  The quest for current and creditable information is both urgent for today’s health challenges, and continuous as each person and family builds a body of knowledge to help guide them through the months and years of life. Colorado State University strives to be one of your “go to” sources.  On the local level, Extension agents provide a link to the nutrition specialist and registered dietitians on campus. We can help locate and provide current nutrition information and updates for individual situations, as well as provide short presentations for local groups or organizations.
